Warranty Warranty and Replacement Policy
All "scsou" products are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by the warranty.)

Warranty period and target audience conditions
The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product in our online store and is only applicable to the initial purchaser.

Regarding warranty transfer, you can only enjoy the warranty service if you meet the following two conditions:

The warranty period has not expired since the original user received the one-year warranty package; the new user must have the original purchaser's
name and original order number. scsou will replace any part found to be defective or damaged (including damage caused during transportation).

This warranty does not cover:

Corrosion

Fading, scratches and impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding)

Water damage

Batteries

The battery has a 1-year pro-rated warranty.

During the first year of service, if there is a battery failure, we will repair or replace it for the customer free of charge. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced battery is the same as the original purchase date.

Cash is not refundable.

Battery defects can only be evaluated and detected directly by "XWGGV".

This limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;
Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage (unless caused by "XWGGV");
Products with serial numbers or bar codes removed, defaced, damaged, altered or illegible;
Normal wear and tear;
Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by "XWGGV";
Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment of the product not in accordance with the assembly instructions or user manual;
Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, exposure to severe weather conditions, theft, blown fuses or misuse of any power source.
Additionally, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

Charging with a battery charger that is not designed or suitable for use with the battery;

Using the battery charger improperly;

If any battery seal is broken or shows signs of tampering;

If the battery has been used in a device other than the specified bicycle.

1. Warranty Claims:

All claims under this warranty must be made through "XWGGV" and sent to hgddaqeyiplmbcx12@gmail.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged merchandise are required for any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact "XWGGV" at hgddaqeyiplmbcx12@gmail.com as the issue may be easily resolved without submitting a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 1 year of initial purchase will be processed through "XWGGV".

2. Shipping Damage Claims:
In rare cases, merchandise may be damaged during shipping. If there is any damage, please contact hgddaqeyiplmbcx12@gmail.com and provide photo or video proof.

Free accessories will not be replaced or compensated if scratched during transportation.

Note: We will not accept claims for shipping damage after 7 days of receiving any product.
